Anyone who has visited Bath will know that it’s the spiritual home of Jane Austen and her devoted fans, not just for the famous exhibitions of the Jane Austen Centre and the ten day Austen festival every Autumn, but for the gentle air of timeless elegance and taste that clings to the wide streets and beautiful Georgian buildings.
